Francis Waive
Francis Ejiroghene Waive is a member of the Federal House of Representative in the 9th Assembly representing Ughelli North, South and Udu Federal constituency under the platform of the All Progressive Congress APC.


He is also a Clergyman, Accountant, Author, Development Planner, Social Researcher, Rural Demography expert, Newspaper columnist and Radio and TV Evangelist.

Education:
The Reverend Francis Ejiroghene Waive was educated at Bendel State University, (now Ambrose Alli University), Ekpoma studying Accounting. 

He graduated with second class upper division. He was elected and served as the President of the Student’s Union Government at Ekpoma. With  Francis Waivee xperience in Banking and Accounting, Rev Waive continues to use his professional skills and passion for a better society to assist the down trodden in the society.

Ministry:
Rev Waive is the senior pastor of the Church of the Anointing Warri Delta State which has grown in leaps and bounds. He has used the platform of the Church to dispense of charity to the medically deprived communities of the core Niger Delta region through the establishment of the Riverine Communities Health Organization Inc. His involvement includes both action research projects and intervention programs funded by multi – lateral agencies like the World Bank, European Union, USAID etc. His social advocacy efforts include convening the FREE DELTA GROUP for good governance in Delta State.

Widely travelled, Rev. Francis Waive has attended several training courses at home and abroad and has preached the gospel on five continents of the world. 

Membership:
He has held and continues to hold several leadership positions in the nation and serves on the board of several organizations, institutions and companies. 

He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Michael and Cecilia Ibru University.

Family
Rev Waive is blissfully married to Rita who is a Guidance and Counselling Educationist and blessed with great kids.
