The Federal Government of Nigeria and all state government including the Federal Capital Territory Abuja has taken serious steps toward the spread of COVID-19 in the country.
Most Churches, mosques, market places and business locations has been shut down across the country as a measure to stop the spread of Coronavirus pandemic. The plague has affected lives globally as detailed below:
512,701 =Confirmed cases,
23,495 = Confirmed deaths,
202 =Countries, including cities and territories.
The government and religious bodies have taken these measures to curb the spread of the virus.
The general public is advised to take the following measures daily:
Basic Preventive Measures
1. Wash your hands regularly.
2. Maintain social disturbing
3. Avoid touching eyes, nose & mouth
4. Practice Respiratory Hygiene
5. Stay informed and report any suspected case.
