Godwin Obaseki of Edo State in Political Dilemma

Following the disqualification of Gov. Godwin Obaseki of Edo state by the APC Screening Committee from contesting the governorship primaries, the governor has been placed in a strong hold looking for alternatives.

Obaseki was disqualification last week was as a result of his rival with Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, the national chairman of the ruling All Progressive Congress APC.

He once advised supporters to wait until he meets with President Buhari before taking further action and political associates.

The governor paid a visit to Gov. Nyesom Wike of Rivers State on Sunday in a bid to seeking possible solutions of rejoining the opposition party, the People's Democratic Party.

Although, there are strong indications that the Gov. Obaseki will definitely decamp to another party for re-election.
