Nigeria Records 20,244 total Cases of COVID-19 as NCDC reports 436 New Cases
Nigeria has recorded 20,244 total confirmed cases of the global coronavirus pandemic as the National Centre for Disease Control reports 436 new cases.
NCDC confirms 436 new cases and 12 deaths of the pandemic as the country total figures stood at 20,244 confirmed cases, 12,847 active cases, 6879 discharged, 518 deaths across 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The 436 new cases were reported from 19 states which includes Lagos (169), Oyo (52), Plateau (31), Imo (29), Kaduna (28), Ogun (23), FCT (18), Enugu (18), Bauchi (17), Bayelsa (14), Rivers (8), Osun (6), Kano (6), Edo(5), Benue (5), Adamawa (3), Borno (2), Abia (1), Ekiti (1).
So far, Lagos and Kogi states are state with highest and lowest cases of the COVID-19 cases in Nigeria respectively.
