INEC Schedules for 2023 General Elections

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has released the time table and schedules of activities for the 2023 General Elections in Nigeria.

INEC will conducting election in 28 states for Governors and Deputy Governors in Nigeria with exception of Anambra, Bayelsa, Imo, Kogi, Edo, Ondo, Ekiti and Osun States.

Last Day of Campaigns by Political Parties

a) Presidential and National Assembly – 23rd February, 2023.

b) Governorship and State Houses of Assembly – 9th March, 2023

Date of Election

a) Presidential and National Assembly – 25th February, 2023.

b) Governorship and State Houses of Assembly – 11th March, 2023 rescheduled on 18th March, 2023
