Fidel Felix-Omoko is the first son of the family and his father is an indigene of Okwagbe. His mother is a native of Oginibo. Both parents hailed from Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State. 

Fidel is Urhobo by tribe and from a Christian home. Fidel name meaning, "the faithful one".

Fidel naming ceremony was held on 13 January, 2018 and was dedicated on 25 March, 2018 by Bishop David Abioye at Living Faith Church, Goshen Abuja.

Fidel siblings are Michelle Ogheneyoma Felix-Omoko and Mildred Efeoghene Felix-Omoko. 

Fidel family relatives are Mrs Grace Moroh, Engr. Gift Omoko, Hon. Union Ileh, Pastor Timothy Omoko, Mr. Roland Omoko and Ogheneruesekevwe Ileh.
