Winners of Governorship Elections in Nigeria 2023

INEC has released the list of governors elect in Nigeria after conducting the 2023 Governorship and House of Assembly Election held on 18th March 2023.

The 2023 Governorship elections were conducted in 28 states in Nigeria which include the following:

Among the winners of the guber polls were governors seeking second term in office while others are contesting for first term of four years.

Governorship elections were not held in Osun, Anambra, Bayelsa, Edo, Ekiti, Ondo, Imo and Kogi states.

Across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria, winners emerged across top three political parties in Nigeria: APC, PDP and NNPP.
