Supreme Court Affirms Adeleke as winner of Osun Governorship Election

The Supreme Court today affirms the Governor Ademola Adeleke of PDP as the winner of the Osun State governorship election in a suite filed by former Gov. Oyetola of APC.

Adeleke, a candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP was today confirmed by the Apex Court in Abuja as the winner of the gubernatorial election held on 16th July 2022 as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The suit was filed by former governor, Adegboyega Isiaka Oyetola of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) challenging the victory of Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party in the July 2022 governorship election.

Congratulations to Governor Adeleke for winning at the apex ruling today as the executive governor of Osun state.
