Tinubu Presidential Inauguration - May 29

The Presidential inauguration of Bola Tinubu, the President-Elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria holds 29 May 2023 alongside the Vice President-Elect, Kashim Shettima at Abuja.

Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima of the All Progressive Congress, APC were declared winner of the 2023 Presidential Election on 1st April by the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu.

Tinubu's declaration as the winner of the Presidential election is currently being challenged by the candidates of the other political parties; Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) at the Presidential Tribunal holding in Abuja.

The inauguration celebration is expected to draw dignitaries across the globe, majorly from the United Kingdom, the United States and within the Africa continent.

President Muhammadu Buhari will be handing over power to incoming president; Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Inauguration centre, Eagles Square Abuja on Monday 29 May 2023.

It is expected that the inauguration of Tinubu will bring about positive change across the country at large without any form of tribalism and religious justification.
