Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for agricultural projects.
  2. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure project impact and outcomes.
  3. Conduct field visits to ensure proper implementation of monitoring activities.
  4. Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Provide technical support and training to staff on M&E methodologies.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for project enhancements.
  7. Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation processes.

Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in agriculture, economics, statistics, development studies, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  3. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  4. Proficiency in using M&E tools, statistical software, and data visualization techniques.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
