Nigeria: Newly Appointed Service Chiefs; Musa, Lagbaja, Ogalla and Abubakar for Defence, Army, Naval & Airforce

Nigerian President, Bola Ahmad Tinubu has approved the appointment of Maj. Gen. C.G Musa  as Chief of Defence Staff, Maj. Gen. T. A Lagbaja as Chief of Army Staff, Rear Admiral E. A Ogalla as Chief of Naval Staff and AVM H.B Abubakar as Chief of Air Staff.

The retirement of the former service chiefs was to create a new security outfit that will work with the Tinubu administration.

The President also approved the appointment of an Acting Inspector-General of Police, DIG Kayode Egbetokun ,  replacing Usman.
