Breaking: NNPC Increases Fuel Pump Price to N617 per Litre

The Tinubu-led government has increased the fuel pump price to N617 per litre according to information released by NNPC and may be selling at N700 soon.

Felix Omoko Blog gathered that the new fuel price at fuel stations being operated by NNPC and other marketers will increase to N700 per litre.

The price of Petrol has increased to about N617 per litre. Fuel stations operated by NNPC have adjusted their fuel price from N539 to N617 per litre.

The immediate reason could not be ascertained. There have been speculations that the price of petrol will hit N700 per litre soon. 

Meanwhile, Nigerians await comments by the Nigeria Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NDMPRA) on the development.
