In a colourful celebration, a Mexican, Victor Hugo weds a female crocodile in a traditional rite to bring good fortune to his people.
Mayor Sosa said, they both love each other, that is, the female crocodile is in a romantic and official relationship with Victor Hugo Sosa, who is a mayor of San Pedro HUamelula, Mexico in North America.
