Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has enlisted Col. Umar Dangiwa (Ret'd) as ministerial nominee for Senate screening and confirmation.

This was contained in a letter transmitted through the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila to the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio.

Col. Umar Dangiwa has the political will to serve as a minister in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, after successful screening and confirmation by the Senate.

Umar Dangiwa will definitely bring his military  experience to assist in the Tinubu-led government in Nigeria toward fulfilling his political agenda to the good people of Nigeria, God's willing.
