'Nigeria Shall Be Free', Dele Momodu Speaks on Tribunal Judgement

Dele Momodu, a former presidential candidate speaks on the judgement of the Presidential Election Tribunal held on Wednesday 6 in Abuja.

The five-member panel strike out 10 out of 13 petitions and rule on key areas where the rule of law is applicable, in favour of President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress, APC.

Dele said, Nigeria shall be free looking at the way pervasiveness has trail the electoral process in Nigeria, and the use of the judiciary to boycott judgement.

Dele, who is the publisher of Ovation magazine and a member of the Peoples' Democratic party, made the statement on X and it reads in part.

I watched in utter amazement and wonderment how our Constitution was brazenly and deliberately turned upside down by those who lack a sense of history and care less about the verdict of history... What all men and women of good conscience should have for them is pity and not anger... NIGERIA SHALL BE FREE..."
