Tribunal to Deliver Judgment on Peter Obi, Atiku's Petitions Against President Tinubu on Wednesday

The Presidential Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja has set aside Wednesday 6 to deliver judgement on Peter Obi, Atiku's petitions on the presidential election held on 25 February in Nigeria.

The tribunal has earlier denied fixing September 16 for judgment.

The Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja will deliver judgment on petitions challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday, September 6.

Felix Omoko Blog gathered that the tribunal has reserved judgment on the petitions filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party in order to deliver the judgements on the same day as that of Peter Obi of the Labour Party.

'All eyes on the judiciary' slogan will have a relive on Wednesday if the judgment favour 70% of the electorates among the top three political parties in the last presidential election.

Recall that INEC declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress on 1st March 2023 as the winner of the February 25 presidential election.
