Supreme Court Set to Deliver Judgment on Atiku, Obi's Appeals Against President Tinubu
Supreme Court says it will deliver judgment on the appeal filed by Peter Obi of Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The judgment has been fixed on Thursday 26 October against the earlier date of November 2, which opposition considers to be 'dramatic' and may result in favour the President.
Recall that President, Bola Tinubu won the Presidential Election tribunal judgment validating INEC's manner of result transmission and dismisses INEC failure to implement IReV on election day held on 6 September 2023.
Also, there are other pending cases against President Tinubu which the FBI are yet to release, but the decision of the Supreme Court supersedes any issues that may crop up thereafter.
Tomorrow is the judgment day where the Supreme Court will deliver its final judgment on the Presidential Election held on 25 February.
