Olorogun Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode is a Nigerian politician and businessman, who served as the commissioner of Oil and Gas under Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta state.

Vincent Oyibode is a stalwart of the People's Democratic Party, PDP and former DESOPAC Commissioner, representing Udu, Ughelli North and Ughelli South LGA, the oil and gas producing areas in Delta state.

He is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma with Master degrees, and other professional certification. He was born and raised by his late father, Velvet Oyibode at Okwagbe,  the commercial hub of Ughelli South Local Government Area of the state.

Olorogun Vincent Oyibode attended St. Vincent College Okwagbe for his secondary education, before proceeding for his post-secondary education. His siblings include Williams Oyibode, Janet Oyibode and others.

He is the current commissioner of Oil and Gas in the government of Rt.Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta state, representing Udu Local Government Area.

Vincent Oyibode is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administration of Nigeria.

He is of the Urhobo descent, a patriotic youth leader with energetic spirit of leadership per excellence, toward achieving the M.O.R.E. Agenda of the Sheriff's administration.
